Est. on the other side of the algorithm

We didn’t join the
industry. We left it for a better one.

OthrWrld is an independent talent agency for the future of content. We rep the Creators the algorithm loves, protect the humans behind the handles, and build campaigns the world’s biggest brands can’t scroll past.

The manifesto

The old agencies are museums. We’re a broadcast from somewhere the gatekeepers never thought to look.

For a hundred years the business of attention belonged to a few rooms with a few opinions. Then the feed handed the pen to everyone. We built OthrWrld for that exact moment — for the Creators rewriting culture in real time, and the brands brave enough to follow them off the edge of the old map.

This isn’t an agency. It’s another world. And everyone’s invited — by talent, not by pedigree.

2021 → now

It started with one
DM and a refusal.

A Creator with nine million followers was being passed between managers who saw a media buy, not a person. Imani sent one message: “Let me build you the agency you actually deserve.” They said yes. The second one came the next week. We never ran an ad for ourselves.

2021

One signature.

Founded in a Brooklyn walk-up with a single Creator and a promise to never gatekeep.

2023

Three cities.

Brooklyn, London, Lagos. A roster that finally looked like the internet it was speaking to.

2024

The studio.

We stopped briefing production out. Built an in-house engine that thinks native-first.

Now

Forty strong.

40+ Creators, 300+ campaigns shipped, 8.2B monthly impressions — and still independent.

No holding company

Independent by design.

We’re not owned by a conglomerate, and we’re not for sale to one. That means no in-network vendor we’re quietly obligated to recommend, no quarterly number that outranks the Creator’s career, and no committee between a good idea and a green light. Independence isn’t a vibe here. It’s the org chart.

The people who run
the other world.

Small team, loud output. Hover a face — everyone here owns a lane.

What we won't trade

Four values. Zero asterisks.

01

Creator first. Always.

Every deal is judged by one question: is this good for the human behind the handle? If the answer is no, we walk. The roster is the business — not a line item in it.

02

Receipts over reach.

Anyone can buy impressions. We build campaigns that move a number you'd actually defend in a board meeting — sign-ups, sell-throughs, sentiment, sales.

03

Native or nothing.

We don't translate brand-speak onto the internet. We start fluent. If it reads like an ad, it's already lost — and the algorithm knew before you did.

04

Independent by design.

No holding company. No quarterly pressure to recommend the in-network vendor. Our only loyalty is split between the Creator and the result.

The welfare framework

We protect the
person, not just the post.

A roster is only as healthy as the humans in it. These four commitments are written into every contract — not the website.

01 / Transparent splits

Every Creator sees the full deal. No hidden percentages, no mystery line items, no surprises at invoice.

02 / Rights stay home

Creators keep ownership of their work and their likeness. We license — we never quietly acquire.

03 / Mental-health backstop

Burnout is a business risk we actually plan for. Pause clauses, comms support, and a real human on call.

04 / Exit without exit fees

If we're not the right home, you leave clean. A roster that stays because it's trapped isn't a roster — it's a hostage.

We’re hiring weird

Want to build the
other world with us?

We hire for taste, fluency, and a low tolerance for boring. No degree requirements, no dress code, no committee. If you can feel where culture is going before it gets there, we should talk.
